Back to the Lion City

Sorry for the hiatus. I am back!!!

Updates:

Last week... over the weekend, we went to Singapore to visit my relatives.

I'll let the pictures tell the story :)

On our way to Singapore by car...

Yes, my puppy is leading the way like a GPS.

Ha Ha Ha

Of course NOT, Darling's the driver :)

And the Garmin GPS who led us to a lot of weird roads

Luckily we outsmart him

Anywayyy... it is OK because DiGi is always with you

Ha Ha Ha!!!!

OK OK I know, I'm rubbing it in too much!

But don't you love the Yellow Coverage Fellow?

Some people told me they hate it because it looks like a banana, character in a horror movie...etc.

Anywayyy...

We were so relieved to have arrive at the 2nd Link in Tuas

Still looks very new

And here's the price tag

Turn left!!!!

Unless you want to go back to Malaysia like the rest of motorist

We were both astounded when we saw the long Q back to Johor. These people must have been caught in the jam for a long time.

Imagine traveling like that everyday!

No way for me...

Well, sometimes we are not given choices in life.

I'm thankful for what I have every single day. :)

As expected, we are also caught in the jam along P.I.E. Expressway for about an hour.

Both of us we cursing along the way because we were SO in need of the toilet!

And when we couldn't take it anymore, we took the nearest exit out of P.I.E. to look for the toilet.

Luckily we found one at a nearby food court.

One thing I love about Singapore is the state of cleanliness, even at their food courts and other public toilets!

Finally, we arrived at my aunty's place in Bedok. We were so tired (plus, the blaaady traffic) but we had no choice but to go to the nearest 7Eleven to purchase parking coupons.

And here you go...

For the whole night and until the next morning at 11am.

... and the whole dashboard is full!!!

Haha! I find that really weird and funny though.

After dinner (sorry I didn't take any pictures of what we had although it was so delicious because I was so tired and hungry), we went up straight to my aunty's apartment!

Excitement!!!!!

She has grown up a lot, didn't she?

and boyboy too!

I brought the glasses I got from the goody bag at Hitz.fm's party and both of them had fun with it :D

Haha!

After that, she didn't know how to wear it anymore. So, she put it around her neck :)

Girlgirl has learnt how to walk and with her cheekiness, now she loves pulling out tissues from its box.

So we wanted to teach her how to wipe her mouth with it... but she knew it already :)

... and will even walk to the rubbish bin to throw it away.

On the 2nd day, we went looking for things on our list at Sim Lim... but ended up in Marina Square while waiting for my aunty to meet up in Dover (my 3rd aunt's place).

We had lunch at Bugis Junction

then we took the MRT and the bus to Dover Crescent.

cheeky!

... and of course, I met up wit my grandmother and my uncles and aunties who came all the way from Kelantan to accompany my grandmother back home.

Thank God she's doing alright and was so happy to be able to go home after 1 month's rest in Singapore.

As long as she's happy and healthy, I'm happy.

After that, my sister, darling and I took off to our favourite place - Takashimaya!!!!

The excitement of just standing outside Takashimaya is very fulfilling and ... just speechless!!! :)

with my sister tagging along, I feel even more complete :)

She's one of my best shopping companion (of course, not forgetting Pei too)!

you know why? Because she'll give you really true advice and you always ended up buying the CORRECT thing if you go shopping with her.

She'll tell you which is worth to buy, which is not.

Unlike some people who would just ask you to buy everything, and some people who ask you to NOT buy anything and go home, which is bloody ridiculous.

I love her so much...ahem...we love her so much, Darling promised her a dinner.

So she picked Korean.

we had the BBQ

All of us

I didn't fancy the rice though

the soup was great

BBQ pork and chicken

On Sunday morning, as promised, we brought the little ones to the playground

and they had lots of fun!

I bought them a ball too!

before heading back to KL (sigh), we had lunch with my aunty and uncle

if you pin her hair not in the way she likes it to be, she'll take it off and ask you to do it again.

and she loves food A LOT! Look at her!

I love this drink too

Goodies all the way from Dubai and New York from my sister!

My mom's birthday present from Dubai

My sister said this version is not sold in Asia and only in the US?

and this only cost USD10! Shit...why she only buy ONE... and for my mom!

anyway, I got this from Victoria Secret :) thank youuu

Give me some time to update on my birthday presents and my trip to the island

Stay tuned!

Cheers!!!
