Pictorial Updates

I know a lot of people love to only look at pictures. They rather have somebody reading the texts for them. Haha.

Here are some updates I have left out in my blog for the pass weeks due to the long hiatus!

Cameron Highlands (continued):

We also had this amazing charcoal steamboat at Cameron's.

The restaurant was just located opposite Hotel Passadena (not sure about the spelling).

Affordable and delicious food! We will definitely be back!

Really nice combination of sauces too :)

Everything in Cameron seem to be strawberry-themed for some reason

Famous for its vegetation, the oranges are also bigger.

I was talking about the oranges ok. Not the woman's ass la please!

Cute, no?

Utar CFS Staff Bowling Match (7th March 2009) @ Ubowl:

Some of our colleages

Joe and me

Some of them entertained themselves while waiting for their turns to bowl

Aim...

Choose the correct ball

Lunch was served too!

The food was just OK. But the mixed vegetable was blahh

And continued entertaining themselves

Defending champion as Best Bowler for 2 seasons: Mr. Wesley (our ex-boss)

He also got champion for Best Team

And the worst bowler is...

You guess lah

Our new additions to the bag collection for David & Lisa:

I asked Darling not to open until I get to his house that weekend to take pictures of him opening the box!

Nice. I love it.

Our bags :)

Our Coach

RoadHouse Grill @ KL:

We went there after recommended by a friend.

Prices were still bearable, considering the location in KL

Considering a cowboy themed dining place?

Choose RoadHouse Grill.

They serve really huge peanuts.

Complimentary bread & butter

But we didn't like it. The flour was still so fresh.
I think it was just half baked.

My mushroom soup

Not the best I've tasted. It is better to have it in New York New York (1Utama).

Darling's lamb & chicken combination

Still OK lah...
I would say, go for their Lunch Set. Because it is worth the price & serving.

Myriam Yeung@Genting (21st March 2009):

Darling gave me a surprise.
OK la, I'm a bit slow. I should have guessed it when non of my girlfriends called to check what is up for the weekend and when he brought me to Genting. Hehehehe!!

Apparently, he hid the tickets in my bag
And he said "Nah, you said you have the tickets, That's why we're here mah"
And I saw the tickets in my bag.
Hehehehe :)
Cheeky fella :P

Her concert was just OK for me.

Maybe because I only knew SOME of her songs.

We catch up for a cup of hot chocolate after the concert

Our men :)

Aloka, Tangkak (21st March 2009):

My family was here for the school holiday and we decided to go to Aloka (boarder of Melaka...I think?) to visit a temple. Much to my mother's and aunt's recommendation.

Anyway, we woke up really early, and drove all the way to Tangkok. Met my uncle and his family.

Stopped for a cup coffee and breakfast at a local coffee shop.

That brown seat reminds me of the typical Hong Kong coffee shop!

My dad, uncle and cousin's head

Have I introduced my new sister? Her name is Tabeah. She's from Germany and will be staying with us for 1 year.

She's doing well and still adjusting to the Malaysian lifestyle. We love her to bits!

Good thing is that she loves shopping too! :P

After coming back from Aloka, we stopped by Ikea.

Had some evening tea before heading back home. Because they had to catch their bus to return to Kelantan.

Shelly's pad in Bkt. Jelutong @ 22nd March 2009:

Our friend, Shelly, gave birth to her second girl. Her name is Su Ern. I hope I get the spelling correct.

Isn't she adorable?

She is active and really alert. Her eyes tells it all. And I love her thick black hair! :)

At first, I didn't want to just carry the baby without the mother's permission.

But when Shelly offered, I quickly held her in my arms.

Look at her eyes. She is sensitive to cameras too! :)

Steamboat @ 1Utama:

This is some time back. Probably last weekend. We had steamboat at 1Utama with the girls.
Really good steamboat!

We took a long time to decide which kind of soup and took some time to wander around the sauce bar!

I would like to rant about buses in KL soon. Stay tuned~
