Someone probably reign my crown

I was at the saloon today. Time for my haircut after so long. It'd been 3 months since I visited Vincent, my stylist from Wings in Damansara Uptown.

Vincent was busy when I arrived, and he had to attend to two customers before it was my turn. So, I took my seat while getting my hair wash and a little bit of scalp massage. When it was time to rinse my hair, I had to pass through two sinks before the one that is not yet occupied. I noticed a lady with the Gucci bag on her lap.

As I was getting my hair rinsed, the Gucci lady was asking the girl washing her hair about her job scope, where she came from...etc. As I got back to my seat, I saw the Gucci lady sitting beside me.

"Wow, her Gucci really is stunning," I thought.

As I get my hair blow dried, the Gucci lady continued the conversation with the girl. This time, it was about her family background.

"If she were to shove that question to me, I would be taken aback," I thought to myself.

But anyway, she might be a frequent customer. Don't just the book by its cover.

I didn't pay much attention to her after that.

As I was browsing through the magazine in front of me, I heard the Gucci lady talking on the phone.

"Hey, do you know this brand called Jaspal? No? It is J. A. S. P. A. L. ... OK, can you please check it for me?" and she waited.

"Oh OK, can you please call them for me? I really love this bag I am looking at. It is (something something) Tote. Oh my God, this is so lovely.... OK, give me the number. I'll talk to them."

Gucci lady took down the number and dialed right away from her PDA phone.

"Hello, is thie Jaspal? Yeah, I am looking at this advertisement on the Marie Claire magazine. I really love this bag!"

"Oh, it is called (something something) Tote. It is a carry bag, white colour, with two pockets in front. Do you have them? OK..." and she waited for a while.

"Alright, so they have it in the 1-Utama branch? No No, can you please call them for me and see if they have it? I would also love to know the exact location of the shop. If it is at the Old Wing or New Wing. And then, can you get back to me?"

"Who am I speaking to on the line? Oh, Mike. Lovely. It's Ruby here."

"Yes, can you please call me back at 012- XXX XXXX and let me know the details too? Thank you."

She ended the call. And was on the line again.

"Hey, they have it in 1-Utama. So if they have it, are you going with me to get it? Oh OK, I'll see you then."

Ended the call.

Her shampoo lady came along and pass her a little cup of warm water (as requested). Gucci lady started telling her how happy she is to see this really lovely bag... when the phone rang.

"Oh Hi Mike! So they have it? Alright. It is RM189 right? I will go and get it later. No, No... I will go to the 1-Utama branch because I stay in Tropicana. I will be going to the 1U one. Say... 7pm? So is the shop's name Jaspal too? Alright great! Thank you so much"

Ended the call.

"Hey Lilian, they have it in 1-Utama. So I'm going there later to get it. You just have to send me there... Alright."

Gucci lady had her hair dried and styled properly by her stylist and walked on to pay before bidding everyone in the shop goodbye.

See, I'm not the most efficient shopaholic. Finally! Who can be more efficient than her?

Saw something she love on the magazine, got the number from her friend/assistant, called the shop and got the bag reserved within minutes. *snaps finger*

Note that she even confirm the shop's exact name. It would save her a lot of time than getting lost in the middle of hundred of shops in 1-Utama! How come I never thought of this?!
