Thank you, Sharon, for the beautiful picture of me and the cakes!
Oh, I just love desserts. :)
So, Beanie arrived a day after my birthday from East Malaysia. He was there due to work and was so exhausted from the various modes of transportation, good food and traveling he had to take throughout the trip.
But we still went for a fabulous buffet dinner at Shangrila Hotel's Lemon Grass Restaurant (If I get the name right. Don't quote me).
The highlight of the night is not only the ambiance of the restaurant & hotel but the array of seafood available at the buffet table!
Me likey :)
The local delights were that good. Beanie wasn't full enough because he didn't have rice so he went for another round looking for something to go with the white rice.
Hmmmmmm
Anyway, he knew I was dying to jump straight into dessert. So, we did!
DON'T YOU LOVE IT???!!!!
Just by looking at how colourful they were made me super excited! :D
Both of us were looking at the yellow-coloured fondue and were wondering if it was orange flavoured coco fondue or something but it was CHEESE.
*gulp*
Hell, no.
We went only for the chocolate one, of course. :)
Oh, look at this!
I didn't know where to start plucking the strawberries, until one huge Indian guy came, stretched his arms in front of me and plucked on from the top.
-______-
I swear I could smell armpit smell because he was so much taller than me. fml.
While I was busy at the fondue corner, the big guy came whispering to me sadly that there were no more watermelons!
At this hour? We were still way before their closing time! What is this?
So, I asked him to go and ask if they are refilling the watermelons. Well, they should!
And you could see he was so happy when the happy waiter (I don't know why everybody seem happy working there, greeting the guesses and all except one very grumpy dude waiting on our table) refilled the watermelons.
I know he doesn't look happy here but he was very happy :D
I didn't like the ice-cream though.
After dinner, we went around taking more pictures. It was some time ago since I stepped into Shangrila Hotel. Beautiful.
And again... please don't hate me for repeating this for the millionth time:
I love my beautiful Lilies. :)
:P
Thank you. I love the bouquet.
XOXO,
theRascal
