I know I know, I realise I realise ...
I have been so late in updating my blog recently. *excuses again* As you know, Chinese New Year (CNY) is in TWO days time *can't wait! Yay!* and I had so much to do. Last night, I have spent time preparing my house for the occasion. Sweeping, cleaning, dusting, mopping ... all the corners that I could reach. Yes, by myself because my dad has gone home to get things done with my mom at home for CNY as well.
The last few days were spent buying a few more pieces of ... clothing ... Ok Ok it's just a few more pieces to accompany the skirts I bought in Hong Kong! If not, what am I going to wear with? I won't want to recycle my blouses, well normally I would, but NOT during Chinese New Year, right? Even Beanie said I could buy one. Mind you, I bought with his permission!
Ok fine, I have yet to tell him that I didn't only buy one from the boutique that day, but ended up purchasing two. :/ *sorry, Beanie*
This may be my last post for the year of the Ox. I would be going back to budu-land aka. kerabu-land aka. nasi-dagang-land aka. my-favourite-satay-land tonight. I'll be indulging myself with food and CNY cookies (bought all of them from Leong Mama this year) and also spending more time with my grandma(s), parents, sisters, cousins!!, Kiki (my dog, he misses me you know), visiting the rest of the relatives as well as catching up with friends.
Oh, will be spending my nights in budu-land at my new house (yay!), which would be nearer to my granny's place and it's just behind my cousin's place. I wonder how has my dad decorated/designed the house. It has been like his major project for the past few months.
Beanie is down with a prolong cough for already few weeks now. Plus, the flu bug has striked him this time. Even his boss asked him to stay home today. I really really hope he gets better before ... ok by now he should feel better.
I have completed my own little project for Beanie, which I would reveal it to him tonight. Hopefully, he loves it. :)
To those who are celebrating the occastion, Happy Chinese New Year (roar like a Tiger!)
To those who are traveling, have a safe-good journey
To those who are celebrating love, Happy Valentine's Day
To everybody ... Happy Holidays! *it's a long weekend ahead! ;)
XOXO,
theRascal
