I know, busy at work, busy at home, no time to sleep, I need more than 24 hours a day... yadaa, yadaa, yadaa ... you can just call me a lazy blogger now. :(
A fact hard to accept. I used to be very consistent with my blog!
Anyway, let's move on.
Wendy finally turned 26!
She's the youngest among us all, giving that her birthday is in December as well. She's also smallest in size/weight/diameter of her bones/diameter of her waist ... what else?
But she's never little of her infectious laugh. When she smiles, everyone at the table laugh as well :) And that's most important.
I always love the character of a person.
Despite being never on time for any occasion (even on her own birthday lunch!), we still love her for many other good qualities that some people may find hard to admire. But kid you not, we always love this girl.
She takes everything seriously. Her job, family, friends ... and if you look at the picture below, she took that seriously as well. Haha :)
We've known each other since like forever. I met her on my first day in college, when everyone was a blur. I remembered speaking to her in English, and she could hardly answer.
Yup, a girl from Alor Setar, English was never her first language. But having that strong persistence and will to improve, she's now a senior position in a prominent media agency in KL. So, I always use her as an example when I lecture in my Academic Writing class.
Never say never. For you determine your own destiny.
I'm very blessed to still have a very close knit of friend I've known since college who I call family today. We make it a point to meet once every other weekends, be there for each other on our birthdays ... and we might be having a group Valentine's Day dinner. :)
Time flies so fast that there's a new addition to the girlfriend group.

Now, have we all upgraded to uncles and aunties?
NO!
We've just upgraded to beautiful ladies :)
